FloorsByDesign provides free in home estimates and will bring the samples to you so that you can see them in the comfort of your home. There you can see the samples in your lighting against the colour of your walls and your furniture. Because the samples are needed for the next appointment we cannot leave samples behind. So everyone that needs to be involved in colour and style selection and in any purchasing decision should be present for the appointment.

FloorsByDesign partners exclusively with only a select group of flooring installers that we believe to be the best in the industry. We consider our expert installers to be the “heart” of our business. Our installers are background-checked, fully-insured, and skill-tested before performing any FloorsByDesign installation.

We advise that you are present. However, in the event you cannot be present, there must be an adult that you have authorized to confirm the product, approve the start of the installation, and provide the C.O.D. amount (if necessary) on your behalf.

In order to honour our 1-year installation warranty and the product warranty from FloorsByDesign suppliers, we will only install products sold by FloorsByDesign as part of the complete turn-key package.
